How can I get a custom product made?

What is your turn around time?
Depending on complexity and quantity the production time can vary. Smaller orders are generally completed within 2-3 days. Larger quantity orders may vary depending on several factors. Please reach out to discuss your project.
How Much is Shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping throughout BC ($15) and across Canada ($20). Pickup is available and free.
What are your return/exchange policies?
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and impeccable customer service. If there are any defects or quality concerns a replacement will be provided. We'll happily make things right!
What can I have engraved?
We will work with you and can engrave nearly any design. Unfortunately, we cannot sell engraved items with trademarked or commercial logos without the approval from the appropriate parties.
